The two diagrams depict the current and proposed future layouts of Norbiton’s manufacturing quarter. Overall, the area is slated for a complete transformation into a residential zone.

In the current layout, the area lies to the east of the town, with a river flowing from west to east in the northern part. To the north of the river is farmland. At the center of the area sits a roundabout with two exits: one leading to a main road in the south, and the other oriented eastward. Factories are scattered on both sides of the roundabout and around its perimeter.

In the envisioned future layout, significant changes are planned. Two new exits will be added to the roundabout, one directing traffic northwest and the other north. These exits will lead to a newly constructed bridge providing access to new residential housing, leaving only countryside to the northeast. Additionally, a small roundabout will be constructed on the main road, connecting it to the larger roundabout. The factories will be replaced by housing developments and amenities such as shops and a medical center. A school will be erected in the eastern section of the area, accompanied by a new park nearby.

However, delaying such experiences can lead to immaturity and poor decision-making in matters of marriage and family life.
